Ron’s presentation walked the audience through why BofI Federal Bank, the technical and creative talent in Latin America, is a key to their success. Ron also explained how as a valuable partner, LatAm has helped BofI develop the service solutions they need to fulfill their aspirations. During the presentation, Ron answered questions such as: Why source technical and creative talent from LatAm and not Asia? What lessons did BofI learn in the process?
Drawing from lessons gained throughout his career, Ron shared the roadmap that has helped BofI identify the path to implementing creative technical solutions to their customers’ needs. A critical element in that process was finding the right partner to ride along with as well as sharing with them BofI’s “playbook” to make sure they could succeed together. Ron also stressed the importance of being open to a two-way communication process as his experience is a critical element to working with creative talent in LatAm where ideas will be challenged, ensuring a more satisfying solution to all. This presentation is a valuable asset to anyone making decisions in outsourcing IT services and will open your eyes to the possibilities that Latin America has to offer.
